Here is a great introduction video about getting started in Cyber Security. There is no single path. In CSA and through BYU-I we explore many of these areas. YOu get out what you put in. You can try some of CTFs (picoCTF and the CSA CTF), as well as join our weekly meetings or special Monday/Friday sessions. You can subscribe to Cybrary or TryHackMe, join the NCL Game, or take some CIT courses.

Getting Started

To warm you up, we have created an introduction to Capture the Flag here. Solve the first challenge. It will lead you to the next clue, and then the next one, and so on. At the end, you will be rewarded with an upgrade to Full Member (BYU-Idaho Students & Alumni Only) which has some additional benefits and access to additional resources. ./start/
